Coast Personnel Services is actively hiring an Outside Business Development Representative (Staffing Industry Preferred) out of the Dallas Office . The position is full-time with Coast and not a temporary position. The successful candidate will have the opportunity for career advancement within the company.
We’re seeking a team member who:
● Is self-motivated, likes to be autonomous and views themselves as the owner of their territory
● Is performance driven and goal obsessed
● Enjoys working outside of the office and meeting customers and prospects face-to-face
Essential functions and responsibilities:
● Focused on understanding current customer and prospects needs and able to provide customized staffing solutions
● Works with sales management to develop and execute on the strategic territory business plan (each territory is exclusive to that sales rep)
● Identifying prospective customers, following up on leads and maintaining relationships with existing customers
● Leverages existing professional networks and relationships to quickly drive results
● Collaborates with the sales teams in other regions to discuss strategy and share insights
● Maintains all prospects/customers and daily activity within our sales force automation system (salesforce.com)
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in the staffing industry, with an emphasis on light industrial sectors such as manufacturing and logistics
● Experience in B2B outside sales preferred
● Candidates must live in and be familiar with the greater Dallas Fort WorthTX area
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Holds a valid driver’s license and has reliable transportation
● Basic computer knowledge (e.g., MS Office)
● Sales force automation experience (Salesforce.com, ACT, etc) a plus
Bilingual Spanish/English A Plus
Compensation:
● Base salary $50-70k plus commission (many of our sales reps make six figures in total compensation)
