Pharmacy Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute outside sales strategies to attract new customers and drive revenue growth.
Cultivate and manage relationships with existing accounts through effective account management.
Leverage leadership and product knowledge to support customers during the sales process.
Promote and sell pharmacy products using medical sales expertise.
Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase benefits and features to potential clients.
Communicate effectively to understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
Explain complex product specifications clearly and concisely using technical sales skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in medical or pharmacy sales, including B2B and outside sales.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating reports and proposals.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
Retail pharmacy or compounding experience is highly desirable.
