M&M Painting & Construction is Looking for an Energetic Dual Role Professional
To Create Sales and Supervise Ongoing Projects in the DFW Area
Knowledge of and experience working in the Multi-Family industry a plus
2 years outside sales experience preferred
2 years experience in a supervisory role
Excellent organizational skills
Action-oriented, results-driven and self-motivated
Outgoing personality and a desire to grow financially
Dependable, responsible, strong work ethic
High energy, self-starter and ability to work independently
Drug-free with valid driver’s license
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30-5:30
Duties include but not limited to:
Call on multi-family communities within the DFW area
Build relationships at all levels to uncover opportunities and generate leads
Assist in developing database of local sub-contractors and vendors
Interface with property management staff, maintenance teams, sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers
Coordinate projects and communicate to the project execution teams
Walk actively renovated apartment projects to verify progress and report to division manager
