POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a manager you can average $175,000-$200,000+(once you graduate into a management role you will have the opportunity to earn a base salary plus commissions, overrides, & bonuses (No Caps!)
While a trainee your pay is:
Average $125,000-$150,000+/year:
A: Paid training ( first two weeks)
B: Commissions: Average $450-$800 per sale-no caps!
C: Monthly bonus potential: $500-$3,000
Actual time as a trainee varies depending on experience & performance
As a Manager in Training at Bulldog/ADT Security individuals should be goal-oriented, entrepreneurial-minded and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. Those chosen for this position will have the opportunity to take our highly effective and proven training and apply it to your hand-picked Sales team for motivation, growth, and consistent results. We expect our MIT to lead by example and set the bar for excellence.
Our current MIT’s previously worked in such industries as: Pest Control Sales, Window Sales, Roofing Sales, Solar Sales, Restaurant Management, Outside Sales, In-Home Sales, Energy Sales and Home Security Sales just to name a few! Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of in-home sales experience and/or 1-2 years of outside sales team management experience
Possess your own vehicle (not borrowing or sharing a vehicle please).
Valid driver’s license
Non-expired vehicle insurance with your name on the policy of the car you’re driving daily
Ability to pass a preemployment background check
Available 1p-9p M-F with schedule flexibility & available to work weekends based on company needs
