️What You’ll Do (Sales Manager Track)
Lead from the front: talk ONLY to people who already requested life insurance help (warm leads — no cold-calling or door-knocking).
Coach a small remote team (PT/FT to start, grow as you promote).
Use a repeatable sales process, then recruit, train, and develop new agents.
Track KPIs, forecast activity, and drive team performance weekly.
Advance through a transparent promotion path toward agency ownership (additional income as you grow your team).
