Job Title: Transportation Sales Agent

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid - Remote after 3 months)

Position Type: Commission-Based (Salary options after production review)

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced transportation sales agents or fast learners to join our team at our new Dallas-Fort Worth terminal. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a commission-driven environment and are passionate about the transportation and logistics industry. You will be responsible for cold calling transportation providers and brokerage companies to secure intermodal and dry van lanes.

If you have a book of business, we are open to other arrangements. After the first 3 months of in-office training and supervision, remote working will be considered based on production.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold call transportation providers and brokerage companies to secure intermodal and dry van lanes

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping for leads, billing, TMS, CMR, and other systems

Meet or exceed sales targets and production goals

Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Non-Compete Agreement

Compensation:

Base Compensation:

3.5% of gross for the first 3 months

5% after the first 3 months based on production

If you have your own book of business: Starting at 7%, with salary options available after 3 months, based on performance

A small weekly pay will be considered during the first 2 weeks of training for the right applicant.

Requirements:

Must have transportation to the office for the first 3 months for training and supervision

Strong computer skills with proficiency in billing systems, TMS, CMR, lead sites, and emails

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Must be willing to sign an NDA and a Non-Compete Agreement

Self-motivated, fast learner, and goal-oriented

Experience in the transportation industry is preferred, but not required
