In this vital in office role, you'll support our Sales Manager by managing CRM operations, coordinating schedules, and enhancing our recruitment processes. You'll oversee onboarding, lead distribution, and maintain school partnerships while helping to support and contribute to a friendly and fast paced environment.

Duties and Additional Responsibilities include:

1. Onboarding and Continuous Training:

- Provide onboarding for new SDRs, including training on company policies and procedure.

- Develop and update training materials and manuals in collaboration with the SDR Manager.

2. CRM Mastery and Support:

- Offer support for CRM operations, ensuring all SDRs can utilize the CRM to its full potential.

- Conduct regular refresher sessions to update the team on any new features or best practices related to CRM usage.

3. Operational Support:

- Manage logistics of sales operations, including resource allocation and scheduling to maximize team efficiency and sales output.

- Maintain an inventory of all sales support materials and ensure they are up to date and readily available to all team members.

4. Lead Management:

- Develop a systematic approach for lead distribution to ensure fair and strategic assignment of leads.

- Monitor the progress on leads and adjust assignments as necessary to optimize sales outcomes.

5. HR and Recruitment:

- Streamline the recruitment process for new SDRs by developing efficient screening and interviewing processes.

- Manage all aspects of the employment process from job posting to final hiring.

6. Performance Monitoring:

- Assist the SDR Manager in monitoring sales performance and reporting on key metrics.

- Identify performance issues and collaborate with the SDR Manager to develop performance improvement plans.

7. Stakeholder Communication:

- Serve as a point of contact for external partners, including schools and sponsors, ensuring all communications are handled professionally and efficiently.

- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss and align on campaign objectives and results.
