Sales Representative Position at Ambassador General Contracting & Roofing
Position Overview:
Ambassador General Contracting & Roofing is seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our innovative team. Our Sales Representatives play a crucial role in our unique two-part sales process, focusing on door-to-door outreach and relationship development with potential clients. This role is essential for facilitating the introduction of our State-of-the-Art AI roofing inspection technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach, effectively communicating the value of Ambassador General Contracting & Roofing services.
Secure homeowner's approval for our expert inspectors to conduct a comprehensive roof inspection using our advanced AI technology.
While the inspection is underway, continue to nurture the relationship with the lead, ensuring a seamless transition to the closing stage.
Collaborate closely with the inspection team to ensure a smooth and effective sales process, leveraging the insights provided by our AI inspection technology.
Compensation:
Sales Representatives are rewarded with a competitive commission structure. For leads generated through the door-to-door process and successfully closed by our inspection team, representatives receive a 50% split of the commission, equating to approximately 10% - 15% of the gross sale.
Commissions are fully paid upon receipt of the first payment from the client.
For business brought to The Ambassador independently, outside of the structured two-part process, a flat commission of 15% of the gross sale is awarded.
Position Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, capable of working independently.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
