Primary Duties: As a new sales / service representative your job is to talk to potential customers with a hail damaged vehicle. (We will supply you with a phone to help you find damaged vehicles) You will inform them of our zero out of pocket program. That’s right it doesn’t cost the customer anything, so you're not selling anything After you set an appointment for your manager to look at the vehicle, they will close the deal for you. All you have to do is make that appointment. That’s it! Motivated sales / service representatives will have the opportunity to move up to management positions!
