Position: Staffing Industry Sales Rep
Location: North Richland Hills, TX 76053
Experience required:
Sales experience in staffing industry preferred
Prospecting and cold calling
Sales strategies
Preferred experience in the following Sales: Light and heavy warehouse industrial, manufacturing, commercial drivers-Yard Drivers, and clerical
Qualifications:
At least 2 years’ experience in the staffing industry preferred but not a deal breaker
A proven track record of breaking new accounts using innovative sales approaches
Superior communication, presentation and customer service skills
Effective negotiation and closing techniques
The ability to achieve and/or exceed sales quotas
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
A professional demeanor, positive attitude, and engaging personality
A strong work ethic motivated by results
The ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service
Hours: Full time or Part time (depending on preferred pay structure)
Pay Structure: We are open to discuss different options
(Commission, hourly pay, and hourly plus commission depending on experience and employees availability of working hours)
