We are an established roofing/ construction company specializing in residential and commercial projects. We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Vice President / Senior Sales Representative. What You’ll Do:
Lead sales efforts for residential and commercial roofing projects.
Scope jobs accurately and prepare comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs).
Manage client relationships, including insurance companies and handling depreciation submissions.
Close deals and oversee the process from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate directly with the owner to drive company growth and expand market share.
Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in roofing, construction sales, or a related field.
Proven track record with residential and commercial roofing projects.
Experience working with insurance claims, depreciation, and understanding policy limits.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and ready to take ownership of your territory and revenue.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive commission structure: 50/50 split after job completion.
