We Offer:
If you have Sales Experience, then we offer base pay plus commission based off of performance goals.
If you have no experience, then we offer base pay 30 days then we can convert you to base and commission.

Position:
1099 Weekend Sales Associate (with some weekdays during the holidays), serving Frisco, Little Elm, Celina, Prosper.
Responsibilities:
Work at local pop-up farmers markets, representing our brand with enthusiasm and positivity.
Consistently achieve or exceed daily sales targets
Familiarize yourself with product details available on the company website.
Share your passion for our products by explaining the benefits of their ingredients to customers.
Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
Set up and securely fasten the pop-up tent canopy.
Open and close the market booth as required.
Engage customers with excellent communication skills and a holistic approach.
Transport products and equipment to and from events reliably.
Store heat-sensitive products away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place to maintain quality.
Requirements:
Passion for all-Natural skincare and holistic living.
High energy and positive attitude.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to carry and set up a pop-up tent canopy securely.
Ability to work outdoors temperature.
Reliable transportation or arrangements for transportation.
Availability every weekend and occasionally on weekdays.
Must sign and adhere to confidential agreement.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00-$15.00 per hour or base pay plus commission.
