32 - 64 resources; 1,280 to 2,560 efforts of hours per week; Up to $13M labor annual budget-OR program of equivalent business risk and criticality based on business process impact and cross-functional team involvement

Experience:
Preferred 10-15 years of project/program management or related experience. Bachelors of Science in CS, MIS, related technical degree or equivalent work experience with minimum of 4 years of technical work experience Demonstrates an expert level of Iteration Management skills and provides coaching and mentoring of Sr. Program Manager level Iteration Managers'
Special skills:
SAFe/Agile Program Management experience, ideally including transitioning agile teams to the SAFe model.
Prior program management experience within the Salesforce Business Technology (BT) team a huge plus.
Experience with legal, privacy, compliance, and/or security programs a plus.
