Role Description
The Software Engineer will be responsible for:
Designing, developing, and maintaining applications and database management systems.
Supporting Management Information Systems (MIS) development to improve operational data efficiency.
Building full-stack solutions (front-end, back-end, and database layers).
Collaborating with internal teams to define, design, and maintain innovative software solutions.
Managing system integration, cloud deployment, and ongoing support.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
Experience in application development.
Strong skills in C#, .NET, or Java; SQL and database optimization.
Experience with web frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
Familiarity with AWS or Azure.
Knowledge of REST API design and integration.
Preferred Skills
Experience with startup, growth, or ground-level initiatives within an established enterprise.
Strong problem-solving and architectural design skills.
Ability to document requirements and lead small project teams.
