We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and customer-focused Entry-Level IT Support Technician / IT Intern to join our team. What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Provide first-level technical support to our clients via phone, email, and remote tools, resolving common IT issues.
Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software problems (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers, common business applications).
Help set up and configure new user accounts, workstations, and peripherals.
Document support interactions, solutions, and procedures accurately in our ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or engineers when necessary, learning from their expertise.
Assist with network troubleshooting, patching, and basic server maintenance tasks under supervision.
Participate in special IT projects as assigned, contributing to team initiatives.
Learn and adhere to IT best practices, security protocols, and company procedures.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; OR equivalent practical experience from personal projects, certifications, or self-study.
Certifications : CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar entry-level IT certifications are a significant advantage.
Technical Aptitude: A genuine interest in technology and a basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and common software applications.
Problem-Solving Skills: An ability to think critically, troubleshoot logically, and find solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a patient and professional demeanor. You'll be interacting directly with clients!
Customer Service Focus: A strong desire to help others and provide exceptional service.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and eager to take initiative.
AI: Know how to interact with AI tools.
