Job Overview:
We are seeking to fill remote software maintenance and database management positions in our team. You will have the freedom to work from home. Your primary job responsibility will be to remotely assist clients, developers and sales team members over the phone in resolving data access requests and file creation. You will be expected to provide friendly and helpful support to resolve customer issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Reply to emails.
- Respond to voicemails.
- Prioritize tickets based on urgency
- Resolve tickets that reference data integrity or scripting issues.
- Python, SQL and Visual Basic skills preferred.
