### What We’re Looking For:
- Experience:
- Familiarity with Xactimate is required.
- Previous administrative or office management experience is a plus.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
-Bilingual: English/ Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, family-oriented environment.
- Preferred:
- Experience in the cleaning or restoration industry.
- Knowledge of CRM software or other office tools.
