Looking for an experienced #2 maintenance technician whose primary responsibility will be the make vacant apartments ready for rent. Their additional responsibility will be to do work orders for occupied apartments. This is a full-time position with a set 40 hours per week schedule and fixed days off. Must be able to pass a comprehensive written exam and oral technical skills test. Only Level 2 type maintenance technicians will be considered.
