We are a local company that is looking for experienced guys with remodel experience on apartments. All work is going to be paid flat rates. Five hundred dollars per apartment for changing out lights. One thousand dollars per apartment for changing out panel. If you got plumbing experience that would be great. Must have your own tools 1099. There is people living in the apartments.
