EXPERIENCED ACCOUNT MANAGER
We are looking for career minded individual with 3 to 5 years verifiable management experience with a landscaping company. Someone that has basic knowledge of gross margins & profitability. Basic understanding of MS Office platform, spreadsheets, laptop and/or computer, cell phone and various apps or software. You will be representing the company. Client relations and interaction is daily with the City of Dallas and Dart. Must have that “can-do “attitude” and desire to put forth your best – to go over and above for our clients. MUST BE A PROBLEM SOLVER – ON THE FLY. Experience with running crews, trucks and landscape equipment who is not afraid of getting dirty if needed. You must have a valid Texas Driver’s License and be commercially insurable, has initiative and can think on his own doesn’t need to be told what to do - he just does it. Bilingual is a FINANCIAL plus. This is upper management position; you must have experience in running and managing multiple crews, scheduling clients, and crews for max profitability.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE
-Must effectively communicate with client(s), team members
-Must train new personnel on performance and safety standards
-Drive truck with trailer as needed to support operations
-Pickup, deliver and unload materials as needed to support operations
-Manage assigned truck, equipment and personnel
-Good attendance is required, problem solver, basic knowledge of office and communication equip
- 3 to 5 years verifiable landscaping management experience
- computer and configure gross profit and margins per crew & vehicle
