In need of an install crew for a remodel of an existing Medical office in Tyler Texas. This involves the install of new cabinets, countertops and Nurse Stations. 18 Exam rooms will be first followed by Nurse areas later in late June and July over three or four weekends. Exam rooms can be installed June 6, 7, 8, 9
MUST be experienced installing commercial millwork. We build with a free standing base and join cabinets where possible in the shop to speed up the install. Exam rooms have a 3 foot wall and a five foot base with counter. We use French cleats on all wall cabinets to aid in the installation. Sink cutouts will be done in the shop.
Job is paid after the install is complete in three phases. Exam, two of four nurse and the last two nurse stations.My shop rep will be on site. An experienced lead man and semi experienced carpenters with no experince helpers are acceptable. Must be able to follow shop drawings and verbal instructions. English for the lead is a must, spanish speaking okay.
Must provide your own basic tools, Major tools will be provided by me, (table saw, chop saw, ect) Would like a crew of men local to Tyler or from east Dallas/Garland
MUST have insurance.
