Hardhat is currently hiring Lead HVAC Service Technicians for work located in the Dallas, Texas region. Pay is up to $60/hour- there is no per diem- EPA License is required.
Minimum qualifications:
Chiller rebuild knowledge
Current Licensed Technician (mandatory)
verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC systems.
EPA Certification
Skills of Level IV Technician
Effective communication skills.
Detail-oriented
Willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask
Perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
Job Scope not limited to the following:
Estimating
scheduling & coordinating work
Assist in completing technical issues
Installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment
Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs of HVAC equipment
Performing Maintenance of HVAC equipment such as boilers & chillers
Maintain client communication while on & off jobsites
Inventory & tool procurement for all technicians
