Position Overview:
The Commercial Millwork Finisher will be responsible for the finishing processes of various millwork products, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in millwork finishing techniques, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for producing outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare millwork surfaces for finishing, including sanding, priming, and sealing.
Apply stains, paints, and finishes using spray guns and hand tools.
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety protocols and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in millwork finishing or a related field.
Proficiency with finishing tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
