Our company is hiring an experienced crusher foreman for the DFW area. We are looking for heavy equipment operators who have been lead foreman running crushing and screening equipment. Only individuals who have previously operated or been certified to operate aggregate crushers and screening equipment should apply for this desirable position at a strong and growing company.
Crusher Foreman Responsibilities:
Lead operator for running rock crushing & screening equipment. Safely operate heavy equipment (crushers, excavators, wheel loaders) on job site(s)
Effectively inspect heavy equipment before and after use
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on heavy equipment (oil and fuel filter change, other fluid maintenance)
Power wash and clean heavy equipment on a daily basis
Feed and run crusher at correct speed to maximize production volumes
Effectively stockpile processed materials on job site
Consistently load trucks with road aggregate material
Follow all OSHA and company safety policies
Maintain clean and safe jobsite
Concrete Crusher Operator Requirements:
Commitment to safety, maintaining equipment, and product quality
2+ years' experience operating crushers
Positive attitude, have ability to troubleshoot issues when equipment breaks down
Demonstrated ability to receive feedback and improve each week
Willingness to work overtime when necessary
