Our mission is to give life to surface and stormwater and the people it supports. The Role:
We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Field Technicians. This role is hands-on, outdoors, and perfect for someone who enjoys physical work and learning new skills. Daily responsibilities include assisting with pond and lake management projects such as:
Installing and maintaining aeration systems
Wetland Cuttings and Mowings
Erosion control and dredging projects
Operating equipment (skid steers, excavators, etc.—experience is a plus, but not required)
You’ll be provided with training, gear, and ongoing support to succeed.

Requirements
Safety first: must wear provided safety gear (vest, hard hat, life vest); boots required
Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn
Valid driver’s license preferred
