PAY: $28/hour
HOURS: Shifts will be 10-hour workdays, 6 days per week (60 hours/ week)
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday- Saturday; 7:00am – 5:00pm
START DATE: 02/17/2025
Must have tools and cordless impact!
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyor Installer to join our team. As a Conveyor Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of conveyor systems in industrial and manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
-Installation: Install new conveyor systems according to blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer's specifications.
-Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing conveyor systems, including belt replacement, component adjustments, and lubrication.
-Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical problems with conveyor systems.
-Testing and Commissioning: Test and commission installed systems to ensure proper functionality and performance.
-Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
-Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including maintenance logs and repair reports.
Qualifications:
-Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
-Experience with various types of conveyors (e.g., belt conveyors, roller conveyors, chain conveyors).
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
