Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Sheetmetal Duct Installers for a start in Arlington, TX!
WEEKLY PAY
PAY: $23-$30/hour (based upon experience)
HOURS: Shifts will be 8-hour workdays, 5 days per week (40 hours/week)
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday-Friday; 7:00am – 3:30 pm
START DATE: 10/20/2025
DURATION: 2+ months
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sheetmetal Duct Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing sheet metal ductwork for HVAC systems in commercial or residential projects. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of HVAC installation standards, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a crew.
Responsibilities:
Install sheet metal ductwork, fittings, and accessories according to blueprints and specifications
Measure, cut, assemble, and secure ductwork in place
Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and support of duct systems
Work with hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other trades on-site
Follow all company safety protocols and job site regulations
Qualifications:
Proven experience installing sheet metal ductwork (required)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Skilled in measuring, cutting, and assembling duct systems
Familiarity with HVAC systems and installation practices
Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs) and work at heights
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
Additional Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have reliable transportation to the job site
