Handyman company located in Arlington off 20 is looking to fill for a full-time handyman position.
You must be confident in the basics of electrical, plumbing, tape, bed and texture, and other general home repairs.
You must be able to work independently and with a small crew.
The following is a list of standard daily duties/responsibilities:
-Check-in to the shop by 7:30am.
-Meet with project manager regarding daily workload and goals
-Meet with manager for any materials needed for the day
-Drive to property
-Complete work and report back to the project manager.
Typical work on the job site:
-Make ready installation (lighting, fans, doorknobs, bathroom accessories, doorbells, etc.)
-Job inspections
-Creating punch lists
-Light carpentry
-Appliance installation
-General house repair work
You must have your own hand tools.
Workdays are Monday-Friday.
The office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Overtime is available on the weekends when approved by the manager.
Pay is based on knowledge and experience. Starting at $15/hour
