As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and dependable Experienced Tent Installer to join our team and help us deliver exceptional setups for events of all kinds.
Position Overview:
The Tent Installer is responsible for the safe and efficient installation, takedown, and maintenance of tents, canopies, and event structures. This role involves physical labor, teamwork, and the ability to work in various outdoor conditions. The ideal candidate has prior experience in tent installation or related fields (construction, rigging, or equipment setup) and can lead or assist in job site operations.
Responsibilities:
Load, transport, and unload tents, equipment, and related materials
Safely install and dismantle tents, flooring, lighting, and accessories according to specifications
Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure quality and safety standards
Work efficiently as part of a crew to meet setup timelines and client requirements
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers on-site
Adhere to safety policies and operational procedures at all times
Qualifications:
Preferred: At least 1–2 years of professional tent installation experience (event rental or commercial setup)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus)
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time position
Typical Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends or overtime for events
Pay: Competitive hourly rate or salary based on experience
