Bellaire Multifamily is growing and we are looking for a Maintenance team member to assist with our DFW sites. This position does require travel from Hurst, Irving and Dallas as needed.
Specific Responsibilities:
Complete work orders in occupied apartments as required
Leave apartment clean and neat
Leave notice of entry for resident with explanation of work completed or in progress
Follow up on work in progress to completion
Complete make-ready work orders
Complete grounds
Follow key control procedure as required
Notify Maintenance Supervisor of supply inventory needs
Maintain a safe, drug and alcohol free workplace
Properly secure and care for property equipment and supplies
