Responsibilities
Build and assemble custom hardwood furniture frames following shop drawings or measurements.
Cut, join, and reinforce wood pieces using both traditional and modern tools.
Work closely with upholstery and finishing teams to make sure each frame is strong and precise.
Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Help with new designs and prototypes when needed.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in furniture framing, carpentry, or woodworking.
Ability to read measurements and follow technical drawings.
Knowledge of joinery and wood construction methods.
Experience using saws, planers, nail guns, clamps, and other shop tools.
Reliable, responsible, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
Works well as part of a small team.
Preferred Skills
Experience in high-end or custom furniture production.
Understanding of upholstery frame preparation and furniture reinforcement.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (some flexibility available).
