We are looking for a motivated leader with at least 2 years of Gutter Installation Experience. Offering competitive pay of $1500 to $2500 per week. Pay is commission, based on revenue installed on the truck.

Summary:
The Crew Leader (CL) is responsible for all activity on each job site. CLs are the first go-to for on-the-job questions. CLs are responsible for managing & delegating tasks related each Work Order, each Customer, and the employees.

Monthly updates to back office/GM/Owner on team skills and capabilities
Mentor and train Apprentice to become an Installer
