Property Operations company: residential and commercial properties, looking to partner with a local Handyman. Our team culture is similar to sports team. We take care of our health and enjoy fitness / exercising.
Job Description
As needed
Available to work 7 days a week.
Assembling / Moving furniture
Able to lift 50+ pounds
Repair bicycles
Hang items - Ceiling
Paint
Repairs around house
Wire light switches
Requirements:
Team Player
Follow instructions. We don't repeat ourselves.
Reliable, good communication, pro-active
Speak basic English
Must Pass - Physical capability test to climb multiple flights of stairs, walk long distances, and be exposed to disagreeable odors
Have valid driver's license - USA
Valid car registration
Have a reliable car.
Legal authorization to work in the USA
Smart phone no more than 2 years old
Must pass a thorough background check and drug test
Flexibility to work and/or be on call during service hours
Ability to work outdoors and drive in changing weather conditions
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role is a professional who wants to be part of a competitive team, exercises regularly, eats healthily, and possesses a positive personality.
3+ years of experience in Handyman or a related field, be outgoing and customer-oriented, and demonstrate reliability and attention to detail.
A good sense of teamwork and a willingness to take on various cleaning tasks are essential.
