Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable maintenance technician with plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills with at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial building maintenance and repairs.
Job Details:
Experienced in commercial building upkeep and repair.
Experience with ball bearings, outlets, electrical sockets, panel fans, etc.
HVAC maintenance and repairs.
Plumbing maintenance and repairs.
Grounds work experience.
Computerized data entry and record-keeping aptitude.
State and local building codes and regulations knowledge and compliance.
Emergency Calls
- After Hours.
Mechanically Inclined.
Trainable for there is room for advancement.
Requirements
Valid Driver License
Commercial Building Experience
3-5 years' experience
Clean Criminal Background
Able to work nights and weekends. Will work DAYS if no night work - vice versa. We provide service to commercial clients.
On call schedule - flexibility
