Replacement windows for a high end window and door company. Looking for my lead helper. Needs to be familiar with remodeling tools such as miter saw, table saw, hand held power tools and able to read tape measure. Being able to caulk ( smooth straight caulk lines) would be a HUGE plus! Endless amount of work and tons of room to advance and make big money, you just need to want to work and show up to work.
Ideal candidate would look presentable, we are in very high end houses all the time not some framing site. No hardcore drugs. Weed, not at work and don’t smell like it.
