Regal Professional Staffing is currently hiring an HVAC Technical Services Representative in the Northlake, TX area.

Responsibilities:
Respond to escalated Technical Support Service calls, addressing emergency situations onsite, via phone, or online. Conduct a thorough analysis of HVAC equipment, identify points of trouble, and test system components. (60%)
Update and maintain the internal customer support database for issue tracking. Assist in developing, instructing, and updating technical training materials related to HVAC products. (15%)
Prepare reports at various levels, compile data into a comprehensible format, and provide information for effective communication within the department and with customers. (15%)
Participate in the development and improvement of programs and activities within the Technical Services Department, focusing on enhancing the overall customer experience with HVAC. (10%)
Requirements:
Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.
3+ years of HVAC installation and/or troubleshooting experience.
Demonstrated competency in oral and written communication skills for internal and external personnel.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve personal and departmental goals within established time frames with minimal supervision.
