Looking to hire two gutter installers. Experienced preferred but not required. Willing to train. Must have great work ethic and be a fast learner. No drama. No smoking on the job. 1099 to start but will be offering benefits in the future. Pay depends on experience but generally works out to about 20% of total invoice of each job. Average job is around $2k but a couple hard workers should be able to do close to two jobs per day. I’m a solo owner looking for a couple high character people to help and grow with the company. Plenty of room for advancement. Numerous bench mark and quality bonuses as well.
