Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various HVAC equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
Diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and determine appropriate solutions.
Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to understand system layouts.
Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their HVAC needs.
Operate company vehicles for field service calls while adhering to safety regulations.
Collaborate with other technicians and team members on larger projects as necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field service industry.
Strong mechanical skills with the ability to build and repair various HVAC components.
Familiarity with appliance repair techniques is a plus.
Ability to read schematics and technical documentation related to HVAC systems.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities.
Certification in HVAC or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
