Job Description
Experience in industrial SAN W&V AG & UG, refrigerant piping, excavation, make-ready, domestic water, gas piping, etc. vv
Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout and installation of plumbing systems
Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper plumbing infrastructure during new construction projects
Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues
Diagnose and repair plumbing problems such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures
Install and maintain water heaters, pipes, valves, fittings, and other plumbing equipment
Collaborate with other tradespeople such as electricians and carpenters to complete projects
Requirements:
4+ years in commercial plumbing
MUST have a valid Texas Apprentice or Journeyman Plumber License
Must Be able to Pass background
Extensive knowledge of plumbing techniques, materials, and tools
Ability to read blueprints & schematics
Experience meeting quality standards
Must have a good record of cleaning-as-you-go and following safety standards
Must be able to work as part of a team and set drama aside
Experience working outside in a variety of Texas climates
