Seeking experienced Lead Mechanic for classic car restoration shop. This is not a repair shop, this is a restoration shop and is one of the busiest in the metro-plex. We do maintenance, along with mechanical repairs, brakes, suspension, engine rebuilds and swaps along with installing sniper kits ( pretty much everything). Must have expertise in complex repairs, diagnosing with solutions, handle challenging projects, and strong communication. We deliver high quality results and expect you to maintain the high level of results. You must have prior experience managing people as you will manage 8 to 10 employees.
Salary is depending on experience and dedication. We do not discuss salary over the phone or interview over the phone, you must conduct an interview in person and sell yourself.
