These calls are easy and simple. We focus on volume work to ensure you’re able to complete each job fast. You’ll handle residential repair jobs that are quick and efficient. Your routine includes diagnosing issues customers are facing and relaying that information along with the solution, to your dispatch manager. Do NOT complete any repairs WITHOUT approval. If no repair is required or if the work is denied, you’ll still get paid a trip/diag fee $85. If the repair is approved, and parts are needed, let your dispatch manager know, and head to a local Home Depot or Lowes with our pro account and ask for a phone sale. From there, you'll return to the customer's house and finish the repair.
