Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, fixtures & trim in residential applications.
Diagnose slab leaks, water line breaks, with experience in full line replacements, re-routes, repairs.
Residential service plumbing experience, with keen ability to close job bids.
Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
Receive all materials and equipment required for each job, confirm and load them into a company vehicle
Working knowledge of HousecallPro
Create and maintain top-notch customer service experiences.
Ensure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled out
Perform any other duty that may be directed by management.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Must be friendly, honest, efficient, and dependable
Work well independently.
Possession of a valid Texas driver's license with a good record of driving
Ability to pass a background and drug check
Ability to maintain a professional appearance
Ability to work a very occasional Saturday, and to work occasional overtime as needed. No On-Call.
