I run a growing residential painting company in the North Dallas area and I'm looking to partner with experienced, professional painters for consistent work.
Ideal Setup:
1-man or 2-man crew preferred
3-man crews welcome
Must have years of experience – painting should be your primary trade
Clean, detailed work – no sloppy painters
Professional attitude, takes pride in their work
Requirements:
General liability insurance
Registered Business - Must be okay receiving a W9 at the end of the year
Reliable transportation and tools
Must be punctual and presentable
Someone on the crew must speak clear English
Comfortable interacting with homeowners
Pay:
Paid per job
Payment made as soon as the job is completed and the customer is happy
