Overview:
We are seeking three experienced mechanics specializing in European vehicles, particularly BMW and Mercedes-Benz, to join our in-house mechanic shop. The ideal candidates should possess a deep understanding of repair issues specific to these luxury brands and have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in automotive maintenance and repair.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in BMW and Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
- Perform complex repairs and maintenance tasks including engine, transmission, suspension, and braking systems.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify problems and program vehicle systems as necessary.
- Efficiently remove and replace parts while ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of personal workspace and tools.
- Adhere to dealership and manufacturer standards for repair quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience working with European vehicles, specializing in BMW and Mercedes-Benz.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues.
- Ability to program vehicle systems using diagnostic software is preferred.
- Own a complete set of daily tools and a secure tool box.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
