An apartment community in Dallas is looking to fill following positions:
1. an experienced Maintenance HAVC Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in plumbing, make-ready, and HVAC who takes pride in maintaining a high-quality living environment for residents. $25-32 based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Perform plumbing repairs (leaks, clogs, water heaters, etc.) and general maintenance tasks.
Complete make-ready work, including unit turnovers, drywall repairs, painting, and appliance troubleshooting.
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (preferred).
Handle resident work orders in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize major repairs.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of property grounds and common areas.
Ensure compliance with all safety and maintenance regulations.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing, make-ready, and general maintenance.
HVAC experience preferred; EPA certification a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be available for on-call rotation for emergency repairs.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
2. Porter with basic maintenance skills $18-20 based on skills
Cleaning & Upkeep:
Sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing common areas.
Emptying trash and restocking supplies.
Cleaning windows, doors, and entryways.
Basic Maintenance:
Fixing minor plumbing and electrical issues.
Repairing doors, locks, and walls.
Painting and patching small damages.
Outdoor & Groundskeeping:
Sweeping sidewalks and removing debris.
Clearing snow, ice, or leaves as needed.
Assisting with landscaping tasks.
