Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a full time Salesperson/Estimator for a performance to hire position in Dallas for a commercial metal fabrication/installation office. The Salesperson/Estimator role works on client construction projects providing cost and schedule estimates, as well as reporting change orders, and other analyses as required. All applicants MUST be able to read and comprehend drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules, as well as, have an understanding of metal working and fabrication techniques. They must be fully capable of presenting to management teams and be able to deal with multiple tasks and people including clients, subcontractors, architects, and owners' representatives.
