We’re looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilating, and cooling systems. You’ll be diagnosing issues, working directly with customers, and keeping commercial systems running at top performance.
What You’ll Do:
Travel to job sites, maintain schedule, and communicate delays with dispatch/customers
Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical HVAC components
Maintain company vehicle, tools, stock, and safety equipment
Provide invoices on-site and explain service/work to customers
Document equipment details (make, model, serial #, test results, photos)
Participate in training to stay up to date on latest HVAC technologies
Identify additional service opportunities while on site
Be available for rotating nights/weekends for emergency calls
What You Need:
5–10 years of commercial HVAC service experience
High school diploma/GED (tech school a plus)
Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and service plans
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Valid Texas driver’s license + clean driving record
Professional appearance and communication skills
Computer proficiency (MS Office/Outlook)
Physical Requirements:
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Work in extreme weather conditions
Regular, punctual attendance required
