We are seeking a highly skilled Shuttle Buggy / Material Transfer Vehicle (MTV) Operator to join our paving crew. If you have experience operating MTVs and are committed to safety, quality, and teamwork, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Operate shuttle buggy/MTV to transfer and remix asphalt material during paving operations
Ensure consistent material flow and temperature for optimal paving quality
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Work closely with paver operators and ground crew to maintain smooth operations
Adhere to all safety protocols and project specifications
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience operating a shuttle buggy or MTV
Strong understanding of paving operations and material handling
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Must pass drug screening and background check
