Pay:
$19/hr without OSHA 10
Up to $22/hr with OSHA 10 + experience
Job Description:
We are seeking skilled Perimeter Fence Installers to join our team in Lancaster, TX. Candidates will be responsible for installing chain-link perimeter fences efficiently and safely on commercial and industrial sites.
Job Duties:
Measure and mark fence locations following blueprints, site plans, or project specifications
Dig post holes and set fence posts securely in concrete or other materials
Install chain-link fencing, gates, and related components
Cut and fit fencing materials as needed for a secure installation
Ensure fences meet height, stability, and safety requirements
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Work as part of a team to complete projects on time
Follow all workplace safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
Experience installing perimeter chain-link fences (preferred)
OSHA 10 certification (preferred, higher pay for certified workers)
Must have basic PPE: work boots, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and high-visibility vest
The company can provide hard hat, gloves, and safety glasses if needed
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Compensation:
$19/hr without OSHA 10
Up to $22/hr for experienced installers with OSHA 10
