Our initial focus is on connecting homeowners with trusted subcontractors for roofing projects while we build our brand, systems, and processes. Over time, we plan to expand into having our own in-house roofing crews.
Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced roofing professional to act as a consultant to our leadership team. This is not a sales or labor role — it’s an advisory position for someone who understands the business side of roofing and can help guide our strategy and operations.
Responsibilities
Advise on operational setup (estimating, job management, subcontractor agreements, quality control, etc.)
Review and provide feedback on lead handling and sales processes
Help us ensure compliance with Texas roofing laws, licensing, and insurance requirements
Recommend best practices for subcontractor relationships, warranties, and customer satisfaction
Offer insights into pricing models, materials sourcing, and profit margins
Provide ongoing consulting (approx. 10 hours/month) as we grow
Ideal Candidate
5+ years in the roofing industry (residential or commercial)
Has owned, managed, or operated a roofing company or division
Understands both field operations and business management
Comfortable advising a team that’s strong in marketing but new to roofing
Located in Texas and familiar with Texas roofing regulations
